Professional Photography - Digital Images

All of our wedding packages give you an option of Professional Photography in digital format.

Digital Photography - We will shoot 100+ images of your wedding in one hour. A CD will be provided to you with all the images and then the photos will be posted online for viewing and ordering.

The cost is $495 per hour.

Professional Videography

Professional Videography- We have teamed up with Lake Tahoe Films to capture your wedding ceremony on a 3cdd professional HDV camera. The videographer will shoot your wedding from the beginning to the end (for up to 3 hours) and can also include your reception. A wireless mic is used to capture the audio portion of the ceremony.

Packages start at $750 for 2 HD fully edited DVDs of your wedding ceremony with music and graphics. Additional copies are available at $25 each.

Beautiful Wedding Flowers

Let Simple Tahoe Weddings be your florist! We create beautiful wedding flowers for the bride & groom, the wedding party, parents and grandparents. We can also provide wonderful options for your reception centerpieces.

Full Service Wedding Planning

We believe that every wedding is special and every bride's needs are unique, so we will customize our services to your specific needs and budget. The Wedding Coordinator will assist you with the following, but not limited to:

  • Creating a detailed Budget Spreadsheet
  • Creating a detailed Planning Timeline
  • Assist in pulling all the details together and creating a detailed time-line of the entire wedding day schedule
  • Assist in creating the overall look and feel of the wedding

As the weeks, days and hours approach, rest assured that we’ll take over your lead position in planning and make sure everything runs smoothly. We offer the same quality service available above, just not as much time is needed.

Day of Coordinator

If you’re looking for just a “day of” Wedding Coordinator, our professional coordination is designed to ensure that all details are seamless and smooth on the wedding day.

On the wedding day, everyone from the Mother of the Bride to the Best Man is scrambling to fulfill individual duties. While each vendor will likely send a representative, DJs and caterers should not be left to battle over what time the first dance will take place. Having a Day Of Coordinator is the only way to ensure that every little detail, from music to rings to gift collection is guaranteed.

The last thing a bride needs to worry about on her wedding day is whether the aisle runner has been rolled out or how to make room for an unexpected guest. If you hire us to coordinate your day, we will be the ones to take care of many of these details.

Our Wedding Day Coordination includes, but not limited to:

  • Meet with bride and groom to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
  • Contact Vendors prior to wedding to confirm the service they will be providing and the time of arrival and then greet vendors the day of the wedding and receive deliveries
  • Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
  • Light candles, place favors, assist in decorating
  • Assist wedding party, family members and guests as needed
  • Gather anything remaining at the end of the night such as gifts, cake servers and toasting glasses.
  • Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract
  • Provide assistant coordinator(s) as necessary
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
